From September 27 - 29, 2023, the now 26th Interdisciplinary Annual Conference on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and SMEs (G-Forum) will take place in Darmstadt. The leading partner of the FGF e.V. is the Technical University of Darmstadt.
In recent years, there have been severe events such as the COVID 19 pandemic or the Ukraine war that have challenged our society, politics and economy. Such crises are rare, but possible. It is important that companies learn to deal with uncertainty and change in order to survive in difficult times.
Resilience is an important concept that means companies should not only try to return to their original state after a crisis, but also become stronger and more adaptable. Start-up companies are often innovative and can use crises as an opportunity to improve their business models.
Digital technologies can help us respond to crises and coordinate relief efforts, but they can also make us more vulnerable to cyberattacks.
Submissions on the current guiding theme of the conference are explicitly welcome, which corresponds to the three supporting thematic pillars of the FGF e.V.. These are the thematic areas:
The G-Forum fulfills its function as a central platform for the exchange of scientific discussions.
Full papers (max. 30 pages excluding bibliography, graphs, tables) can be submitted for the G-Forum and authors qualify for 20-minute presentations plus 10-minute discussion.
Paper proposals may also be submitted as short abstracts (also for the poster session) and should not exceed 1,000 words. Short abstracts qualify for shorter presentations (10 minute talk) or the poster sessions.
Please submit the full paper or short abstract as a pdf document in an anonymized form (without author information) via the G- Forum conference tool by 10.05.2023.
