Just-in-time and real-time learning change personnel development

Attracting, retaining and promoting capable employees is one of the most important tasks of companies, and the shortage of suitable specialists and managers is presenting HR managers with ever greater challenges. For companies, it is essential to act quickly and implement effective talent management to ensure the future success of the company.

To answer these questions, we participated as an application partner in the APOSDLE project. The goal of the EU-funded APOSDLE project (2006-2010) was to integrate learning just-in-time and real-time into work processes, thereby providing new impetus for human resources development, especially workplace learning.
