We are delighted to welcome Alexandra Holzmann, Head of Group Innovation and Digitalization Management at VIVATIS Holding AG, to our innovation talk. Together with Reinhard Willfort, mastermind of isn - innovation service network, they will provide inspiring insights into the successful implementation of the closed innovation "innovatis" at VIVATIS Holding.
VIVATIS Holding AG, one of the largest Austrian companies in the food and luxury food industry and an important partner for farmers, processes and refines more than 100,000 tons of high-quality Austrian raw materials every year. The strategic management holding company unites 25 Group companies under its roof, including well-known small and medium-sized companies from the food sector, as well as important production and service companies such as Gourmet, inzersdorfer, Maresi, KnabberNossi and many more.
The aim of the project was to roll out and unify a Group-wide, digital idea management system across the holding company and all associated subsidiaries.
In this innovation talk, exciting insights will be revealed to inspire innovation managers and other companies to drive innovation forward. Among other things, experienced innovation expert Alexandra Holzmann will tell us how she managed to get all her Group companies on board and what hurdles and challenges she had to overcome.
