Unter dem Motto \u201eMitgestalten \u2013 Mitreden \u2013 Mitmachen\u201c pr\u00e4sentiert sich der Linzer Innovations-Hauptplatz online<\/a> in neuem Outfit, mit einer verbesserten Technik und erweiterten Features. Die bereits bestehende B\u00fcr-ger*innenbeteiligungs-Plattform wurde vor kurzem einem Relaunch unterzogen. Damit bietet der Linzer Innovations-Hauptplatz den B\u00fcrger*innen eine noch bes-sere M\u00f6glichkeit der Vernetzung, Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation.<\/span><\/p>

Von Grund auf \u00fcberarbeitet und optimiert f\u00fcr die Darstellung auf allen Ger\u00e4ten, pr\u00e4sentiert sich die bew\u00e4hrte B\u00fcrger*innenbeteiligungs-Plattform der Stadt Linz auf innovation.linz.at. Mit dem Relaunch dieses Web-Angebotes setzt die Lan-deshauptstadt ihren Weg in Richtung Digitalisierungs-Hotspot \u00d6sterreichs fort. Die Stadt Linz reagiert mit der Neuausrichtung auf die Ver\u00e4nderungen im Infor-mations- und Kommunikationsverhalten der Gesellschaft und hat die Website neu konzipiert und verbessert. Die optimierte Plattform r\u00fcckt B\u00fcr-ger*innenbeteiligung verst\u00e4rkt in den Fokus, setzt neue Impulse f\u00fcr die Stadt und bietet vor allem noch mehr Raum f\u00fcr Ideengeber*innen aus der Bev\u00f6lkerung als bisher.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201eLinz hat sich einen hervorragenden Namen als Standort gemacht, an dem Digitalisierung und Innovation proaktiv gef\u00f6rdert werden. Bei der Neugestaltung der Plattform wurde daher ein besonderes Augenmerk auf bestm\u00f6gliche Usability, eine intuitive Bedienbarkeit und ein zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfes Webdesign gelegt. Mit der B\u00fcr-ger*innenbeteiligungs-Plattform setzt die Lebensstadt Linz auf dem Weg zur innovativsten Stadt \u00d6sterreichs einen wichtigen Schritt vorw\u00e4rts\u201c, betont B\u00fcrger-meister Klaus Luger.<\/span><\/p>

\u201eMit rund 6.400 User*innen und \u00fcber 7.800 Interaktionen bei den unterschiedlichen Partizipationsm\u00f6glichkeiten sind wir mit der Plattform bereits f\u00fchrend im nationalen Vergleich. Community verst\u00e4rkt vernetzen<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>

Linz aktiv mitzugestalten, ist die Pr\u00e4misse der B\u00fcrger*innenbeteiligungs-Plattform. Eine Chance f\u00fcr alle Linzer*innen, ihre Vorschl\u00e4ge einzureichen und zu einer zukunftsfitten Stadt beizutragen. Interessierte B\u00fcrger*innen haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich bereits w\u00e4hrend der Konzeptionsphase von Projekten des Linzer Innovations-Hauptplatzes zu informieren, mitzureden, Kommentare zu schreiben und Ideen zu posten. Auch eigene Initiativen k\u00f6nnen gestartet und mit der Community geteilt werden. Zus\u00e4tzlich sind Informationen \u00fcber abgeschlossene Projekte, kommende Veranstaltungen sowie weitere spannende Inhalte auf der Plattform verf\u00fcgbar.<\/span><\/p>

Zahlreiche Zusatzfunktionen erleichtern den User*innen auf innovation.linz.at<\/a> den Austausch untereinander. Neue Ideen k\u00f6nnen in Teams entwickelt werden, die User*innen k\u00f6nnen Diskussionsgruppen Bottom-Up selbst bilden und Kollaborationen wie etwa das Versenden von Freundschaftsanfragen oder ein Messenger-System stehen im Einsatz. Ein Gamification-System sorgt f\u00fcr spielerische Action, in dem Ideengeber*innen Punkte f\u00fcr gute Ideen und Feedbacks erhalten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Bewertungsmodi f\u00fcr Ideen sowohl in Form von Community-Votings (beispielsweise die \u201eArena\u201c als Abstimmungsform neuer Partizipationsprojekte) gemein-sam mit allen User*innen oder in Form von Expert*innen-Bewertungen erm\u00f6glichen noch mehr Interaktion untereinander. Eine \u201eHighscore-Liste\u201c reiht etwa die aktivsten User*innen in einem Ranking.<\/span><\/p>

Ideenmanagement f\u00fcr die gesamte Stadt<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>

Auf der Plattform f\u00fcr B\u00fcrger*innenbeteiligung innovation.linz.at sind aktuell 6.400 User*innen in \u00fcber 7.800 Interaktionen (eingereichte Ideen, Kommentare und Likes) aktiv. Mittlerweile werden zahlreiche Projekte, Ideen und auch Workshops \u00fcber die Platt-form abgewickelt. Sie stellt breitenwirksam und niederschwellig innovative Leistungen zur Verf\u00fcgung und erm\u00f6glicht eine Diskussion in der Community. Die Plattform erf\u00fcllt somit ihre Funktion f\u00fcr innovatives Ideenmanagement f\u00fcr die gesamte Stadt. Und das nachhaltig: insgesamt wurden 26 von insgesamt 94 eingegangenen Vorschl\u00e4gen in Form von Gespr\u00e4chen mit Expert*innen beantwortet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Auf der Plattform innovation.linz.at k\u00f6nnen alle Linzer*innen neue Impulse f\u00fcr die Stadt setzen und eigene Ideen einreichen. Bei gen\u00fcgend Zustimmung \u2013 genauer bei 50 Likes innerhalb von zwei Monaten \u2013 vernetzt der Innovations-Hauptplatz die Ideengeber*innen mit den Zust\u00e4ndigen der Stadt und unterst\u00fctzt diese bei der Umsetzung. Im direkten Austausch wird anschlie\u00dfend gekl\u00e4rt, inwieweit die Vorschl\u00e4ge umsetzbar sind. Das Ergebnis ist dabei transparent auf der Website einsehbar.
