class=\"elementor-blockquote__author\">Hans-J\u00fcrgen Quadbeck-Seeger<\/cite>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNach 25 Jahren Innovationsmanagement und Innovation Services in unterschiedlichsten Branchen ist meine erste Antwort auf die Headline: Es gibt keinen g\u00fcnstigen Zeitpunkt, um mit Innovation zu starten! Unternehmen sind dazu gebaut stabil zu sein und Output zu generieren. Ver\u00e4nderungen werden daher grunds\u00e4tzlich als St\u00f6rfaktoren wahrgenommen. An dieser Stelle kommt das Innovationsmanagement ins Spiel: Ein professionelles Innovationsmanagement hat zum Ziel den richtigen Zeitpunkt, die Ver\u00e4nderungsintensit\u00e4t und den Schwerpunkt festzulegen, um auch weiterhin stabil zu bleiben. Die Innovationsf\u00e4higkeit von Organisationen wird zunehmend zu einem entscheidenden Wettbewerbsfaktor. <strong>Wer sich nicht ver\u00e4ndert, wird zur\u00fcckbleiben<\/strong>.\n<p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Die Treiber f\u00fcr Innovationen sind nicht nur im technologischen Wandel, sondern vor allem im Wertewandel in der Gesellschaft zu finden. Dazu kommt, dass die Ver\u00e4nderungsgeschwindigkeit \u00fcberproportional weiter zunimmt und nahezu alle Branchen betrifft. Ein Indikator sind die Produktlebenszyklen, die immer k\u00fcrzer werden. In diesem Kontext f\u00e4llt mir das Feedback einer meiner Studierenden an der Donau-Universit\u00e4t Krems ein: Auf die Frage wie lange der Produktlebenszyklus in seiner Branche ist, kam die Antwort: &#8222;Wir produzieren Schiffsdieselmotoren und diese sind 30 Jahre im Einsatz&#8220;. Dieses Gespr\u00e4ch ist rund 10 Jahre her und inzw. gibt es bereits einige Gew\u00e4sser, wo Verbrennungskraftmotoren grunds\u00e4tzlich verboten wurden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\"><b><strong>Fazit: Innovation wird zunehmend zu einem wichtigen Unternehmensprozess<\/strong><\/b>, der permanent und stimmig zur Unternehmens- und Branchenlogik bespielt und gelebt werden muss. Innovationsmanagement wird damit zur &#8222;Versicherung&#8220;, um nicht vom Markt zu verschwinden. Die Basis daf\u00fcr ist eine Innovationskultur im Unternehmen. In der Praxis sind aber folgende Extremsituationen im Innovationsmanagement zu beobachten:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\"><b><strong><span style=\"color: #e6293f;\">Fall 1: <\/span><\/strong><\/b>Wenn es Unternehmen wirtschaftlich gut geht, ist die Bereitschaft neue Wege einzuschlagen meist gering. Die Quartalsberichte sind gut, die Ums\u00e4tze sind stabil oder gar steigend und die Kunden zufrieden. Am Jahresende sind \u00dcbersch\u00fcsse zu erwarten, was auch Shareholder und Eigent\u00fcmer erfreut. Es w\u00e4re der ideale Zeitpunkt, um in Innovation zu investieren, um nicht nur jetzt, sondern auch in naher Zukunft eine \u201cCash Cow\u201c am Markt zu haben. In der Realit\u00e4t schl\u00e4gt aber in dieser Situation die menschliche Tr\u00e4gheit zu und man stellt sich die Frage: <strong>Wozu soll man gerade jetzt etwas ver\u00e4ndern, wenn doch alles gut l\u00e4uft?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\"><b><strong><span style=\"color: #e6293f;\">Fall 2: <\/span><\/strong><\/b>Wenn Unternehmen in eine Krise schlittern, fehlen meist die Ressourcen, um den Standardbetrieb aufrecht zu erhalten, Innovationsspr\u00fcnge sind damit nicht mehr m\u00f6glich. Der Ver\u00e4nderungsdruck ist enorm, Kapazit\u00e4ten m\u00fcssen angepasst werden. Der Umsatzr\u00fcckgang l\u00e4sst kaum Spielraum jetzt etwas Neues zu starten. Dazu kommt, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt meist die besten K\u00f6pfe das Unternehmen verlassen und sich neu orientieren. Es fehlt also an finanziellen Ressourcen und an \u201eBrainpower\u201c, um einen innovativen Neustart hinzulegen. Die Ver\u00e4nderungsbereitschaft ist in diesem Fall meist sehr gro\u00df und <strong>Krisen k\u00f6nnen in auch katalytisch auf das Thema Innovation<\/strong> wirken.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-640f180 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"640f180\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Die nachhaltige L\u00f6sung: Ein professionelles, vernetztes Innovationsmanagement und ein ausreichend hohes Innovationsbudget!<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-379ec2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"379ec2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Wenn die Ver\u00e4nderungsdynamik weiter zunimmt und die Ausl\u00f6ser daf\u00fcr immer schwerer vorhersehbar werden (ich erspare mir die letzten 3 Jahre zu reflektieren), dann ist die einzige Chance den Prozess f\u00fcr Innovations- und Ver\u00e4nderungsmanagement zu standardisieren und zu einem dauerhaften Bestandteil der Unternehmenslogik zu machen! Nichts wird in Zukunft so best\u00e4ndig sein wie der Wandel. Die steigende Durchdringung an einschl\u00e4gigen Begriffen in der Beratungs- und Trainingsbranche (Agilit\u00e4t, Ambiguit\u00e4t, Resilienz, Komplexit\u00e4t, Volatilit\u00e4t, Unsicherheit, etc.) zeigt, dass zunehmend Bewegung in das Thema kommt. Es gibt sogar eine neue Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr diese neue Welt: \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/VUCA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VUCA<\/a>\u201c.<\/p><p>Wie man dieser Herausforderung begegnen kann, habe ich im Beitrag \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/innovation.at\/en\/10-schritte-zum-innovativen-unternehmen-8\/\">8. Innovation needs networking<\/a>\u201c bereits beschrieben. In der Organisationsforschung war schon vor vielen Jahren erkennbar, dass der Trend zu netzwerkbasierten Organisationen eine wirksame Antwort auf die VUCA-Welt sein k\u00f6nnte. Hierarchien treten in dieser \u00dcberlegung zunehmend in den Hintergrund. Das liegt nicht nur in der Tr\u00e4gheit des Systems, sondern auch an ge\u00e4nderten Anforderungen an den (Wissens-)Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft bzw. Gegenwart. Hochqualifizierte Wissensarbeit und Kreativit\u00e4t brauchen neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit, abseits von Hierarchien.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Aus meiner Sicht ist im Innovationsmanagement das <strong>Zusammenspiel von Hierarchie und Netzwerk<\/strong> im Unternehmen von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung. Netzwerke liefern in der Kreativphase schneller neue L\u00f6sungsmuster. Die Mobilisierung und Vernetzung von Wissen abseits von Abteilungs- und Standortgrenzen f\u00fchrt zu besseren und ausgereifteren Ideen. Durch die Digitalisierung der Kreation und Kommunikation kann ein permanentes \u201e<strong>kollektives Gehirn<\/strong>\u201c des Unternehmens etabliert werden. Hierarchien und darin konkret das Top-Management sind aber grunds\u00e4tzlich schneller in der Entscheidungsfindung, um Ressourcen zu mobilisieren (zumindest theoretisch, aktuell werden Entscheidungen eher hinausgez\u00f6gert).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-860cb40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"860cb40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Innovationstreiber \u2013 what comes next?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4b4ab8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e4b4ab8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Neben den bereits beschriebenen Innovationstreiber werden f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Unternehmen (ab 250 Mitarbeiter:innen) mit Beginn 2024 neue Themen f\u00fcr Innovationsdruck sorgen. Kreislaufwirtschaft, Nachhaltigkeitsberichte, Green Deal, etc. f\u00fchren auch bei kleineren Unternehmen zu neuen Verpflichtungen, nicht nur im Reporting. Um diesen Anforderungen wirksam gerecht zu werden, wird eine strategische (Neu-)Ausrichtung inkl. Innovationen erforderlich sein. <strong>Nachhaltigkeit wird damit von einem Buzzword zur gelebten und reportingpflichtigen Unternehmensdisziplin.<\/strong> Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (<b><strong>CSRD<\/strong><\/b>) und Environment Social Governance (<b><strong>ESG<\/strong><\/b>) stehen vor der T\u00fcr und verlangen Aufmerksamkeit. ESG-Reportings sind \u201eallumfassender\u201c als bisherige Nachhaltigkeitsberichte und werden die Nachhaltigkeit eines Unternehmens in seiner Gesamtheit beschreiben. Damit ist ausreichend Material f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Leiden:schafft INNOVATION Newsletter vorhanden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47d3e89 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47d3e89\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Wie werden in deinem Unternehmen Innovationen gemanagt? Werden Innovationsprojekte in der Budgetplanung ber\u00fccksichtigt? Sind alle K\u00f6pfe des Unternehmens eingeladen bei Zukunftsprojekten mitzudenken und mitzugestalten? Gibt es bereits ein etabliertes Innovationsmanagement und eine Innovationsmanagerin oder einen Innovationsmanager?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
