Schritt macht aus der Idee eine Innovation! <\/strong>Eine neue L\u00f6sung wird von der Zielgruppe angenommen, es entsteht ein neuer Wert. Diese Zielgruppe k\u00f6nnen Endkund:innen sein, die eine neue L\u00f6sung kaufen und einsetzen, aber auch intern kann z.B. eine Prozessverbesserung einen neuen Wert erzeugen oder Einsparungen bewirken.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">In der Realit\u00e4t entdecke ich in Unternehmen immer wieder viele \u201e<strong>angefangene Projekte<\/strong>\u201c, wo am Weg zur Umsetzung die Ressourcen gefehlt haben. Ein Mangel an Ressourcen, fehlende Entscheidungen oder mangelnde F\u00e4higkeiten zur Umsetzung sind oft der Grund daf\u00fcr. Das ist vor allem f\u00fcr hochkreative Geister im Unternehmen sehr frustrierend. Ihr Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsprofil zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie in der Lage sind, Probleme oder Trends fr\u00fchzeitig zu erkennen, und dazu geniale neue L\u00f6sungen zu kreieren. Sie lassen sich nicht aufhalten und arbeiten oft verbissen an Ideen. Die h\u00f6chste Zufriedenheit erreichen sie dann, wenn die <strong>Idee in die Realit\u00e4t umgesetzt wurde<\/strong> und viele Menschen davon profitieren.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Kreative Ideenentwickler:innen sind aber meist keine guten Umsetzer:innen. Sie sind geneigt, noch weitere Features oder L\u00f6sungsbestandteile zu kreieren, bevor sie mit der Umsetzung oder Vermarktung starten (\u00e4hnliches beobachtet man auch bei manchen Startup-Teams). Diesen Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten muss man Ideen oft sprichw\u00f6rtlich \u201ewegnehmen\u201c und an <strong>professionelle Projektmanager:innen<\/strong> \u00fcbergeben, die nicht lockerlassen, bis die L\u00f6sung funktioniert und getestet wurde. <strong>Design Thinking<\/strong> liefert dazu den geeigneten Rahmen, um den Weg bis zu Umsetzung fr\u00fchzeitig mit dem Wissen von Anwendern anzureichern und damit Sicherheit zu gewinnen.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">F\u00fcr das Ideenmanagement im Unternehmen ist daher die Perspektive zur Umsetzung eines der wichtigsten Incentives f\u00fcr den Start und f\u00fcr Einreichungen von Ideen. Wer nur Ideen sammelt, ohne die Spielregeln f\u00fcr deren Umsetzung von Beginn an festzulegen, wird bei einem zweiten Aufruf weniger Beteiligungsenergie bekommen. Der Prozess von der Ideengenerierung bis zur Umsetzung muss fr\u00fchzeitig Ergebnisse liefern.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Vor allem die Skeptiker und \u201esp\u00e4ten Folger\u201c derartiger Initiativen werden das gesamte Innovationssystem daran messen, ob Ideen auch umgesetzt werden. In jedem Fall braucht es das Commitment des gesamten Unternehmens, wenn aus einer Idee einmal kein Erfolg wird. Es geht letztlich um den Gesamterfolg, bei dem alle gemeinsam eine Marke in die Zukunft tragen. Dabei k\u00f6nnen <strong>Fehler <\/strong>passieren und Ideen auch scheitern.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Aus dieser Perspektive betrachtet ist es besonders wichtig, dass man kreativen Ideen und Ideenbringer:innen Aufmerksamkeit, Ressourcen und Zuspruch zur Umsetzung gibt. Der \u201e<strong>First Follower<\/strong>\u201c, also Bef\u00fcrworter und Fan einer Idee ist ein extrem wichtiger Impulsgeber. Weitere Fans kommen danach schneller und irgendwann ist es in der Masse sehr einfach auch \u201eJa\u201c zu einer neuen L\u00f6sung zu sagen. Dieser Effekt kann durch <a href=\"https:\/\/innovation.at\/en\/technology\/\"><b><strong>digitale Innovationsplattformen<\/strong><\/b><\/a> optimal \u00fcber Abteilungs- und Standortgrenzen hinweg erzeugt werden.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">F\u00fcr die Umsetzung von Ideen braucht es in der j\u00e4hrlichen Budgetplanung auch ein Commitment f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Budgetperiode. In gr\u00f6\u00dferen Unternehmen m\u00fcssen Budgets f\u00fcr Investments in Innovationen ab z.B. 300.000 Euro vom Aufsichtsrat genehmigt werden. Das kann dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Vorlaufzeit bis zur Umsetzung sehr lange sein kann. Hier braucht es auch in der Budgetplanung kreative L\u00f6sungen, um nicht an der Konzernlogik zu scheitern.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-640f180 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"640f180\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Professionelles Projektmanagement<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-379ec2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"379ec2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es zeigt sich in der Praxis, dass immer mehr Unternehmen speziell qualifizierte Mitarbeiter:innen f\u00fcr ein professionelles Projektmanagement f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Themen rekrutieren. In einigen Unternehmen findet man inzwischen eigene Abteilungen, die f\u00fcr das Projektmanagement Ressourcen anbieten k\u00f6nnen und damit von Anfang an f\u00fcr die Abwicklung bereitstehen. Das hat sich als sehr g\u00fcnstig herausgestellt, da immer \u00f6fter Aufgaben anhand von einmaligen Projekten abgewickelt werden und die Wahrscheinlichkeit des Erfolgs ansteigt.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Damit die Umsetzung einer Idee nicht beim Prototypen stehen bleibt, ist es also wichtig, ausreichend Ressourcen zu mobilisieren, ein Projektmanagement einzurichten und auch das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell von neuen L\u00f6sungen fr\u00fchzeitig zu entwickeln. Schlie\u00dflich muss das Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen Umsatz und Kosten stimmen und jede L\u00f6sung einen Beitrag zum zuk\u00fcnftigen Innovationsbudget liefern.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Aus der Unternehmensperspektive ist es wichtig, dass das Innovationsmanagement als \u201eGesamtsystem\u201c im Unternehmen etabliert wird. Durch ein permanent <a href=\"https:\/\/innovation.at\/en\/case-studies\/\">gelebtes Innovations- und Ideenmanagement<\/a> entsteht auch eine positive Innovationskultur. Durch Einbinden der Mitarbeiter:innen und Kund:innen wird das <strong>Risiko gesenkt<\/strong> and the <strong>Innovationsf\u00e4higkeit<\/strong> des Unternehmens gesteigert. Aus der Innovationsstrategie resultieren sehr oft auch Impulse f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/crowdinmotion.innovation.at\/landingpage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><strong>neue Ideenchallenges<\/strong><\/b><\/a>, womit alle K\u00f6pfe im Unternehmen an Zukunftsideen beteiligt werden. Wenn permanent Mitarbeiter:innen neue Ideen einbringen und sich fokussiert mit neuen Ideen besch\u00e4ftigen, entsteht eine Innovationskultur. Der Weg dorthin ist ein l\u00e4ngerer Prozess, gepr\u00e4gt von wertsch\u00e4tzender Kommunikation und Leadership.
