nicht hei\u00dft, dass Geld nicht weiter wichtig ist. Man wei\u00df aber l\u00e4ngst, dass Geld nicht die oberste Priorit\u00e4t hat, solange genug davon verf\u00fcgbar ist. Menschen, die heute einen Job suchen, fragen immer \u00f6fter nach <strong>Flexibilit\u00e4t, Freiheitsgraden <\/strong>und<b><strong> Werten<\/strong><\/b>. Die Pandemie hat dazu auch unsere Arbeitsweise grundlegend ver\u00e4ndert und in manchen Unternehmen sogar auf den Kopf gestellt. Auf einmal ergeben sich neue M\u00f6glichkeiten, flexible Arbeitsmodelle, wir denken \u00fcber unsere Arbeit, deren <strong>Sinnhaftigkeit<\/strong> und was uns wirklich wichtig ist nach.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Der Grund daf\u00fcr ist in der <strong>Wissens\u00f6konomie<\/strong> leicht erkl\u00e4rbar: W\u00e4hrend F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte fr\u00fcher bei Arbeitsleistungen bis in die Tiefe wussten, was an Informationen und Wissen gebraucht wird, ist es heute nahezu unm\u00f6glich diese Lernprozesse bis ins Detail mitzumachen, um weiter \u201ekontrollieren&#8220; zu k\u00f6nnen. F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte m\u00fcssen damit umgehen k\u00f6nnen, dass der\/die einzelne Mitarbeiter:in in seinem\/ihrem Fachgebiet mehr wei\u00df als der Chef. Wer eine gute Idee f\u00fcr eine Verbesserung in der Firma hatte, wurde mit Geld oder materiellen G\u00fctern belohnt. Er oder sie hatte im Sinne des traditionellen betrieblichen Vorschlagswesens etwas Besonderes geleistet. Diese \u201eextrinsische Motivation\u201c f\u00fcr besondere Denkleistungen steht auch heute noch in einigen Unternehmen im Fokus, verliert aber an Bedeutung.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">In der kreativen Wissensarbeit braucht es also neue Anreize f\u00fcr Denkleistungen die ein Unternehmen mit allen K\u00f6pfen <strong>gemeinsam in die Zukunft<\/strong> tragen. Der Weg vom Mitarbeiter:innen zu Mitdenker:innen ist steinig aber ein wichtiger Ver\u00e4nderungsprozess, um Kreativit\u00e4t &amp; Innovation als kollektive Werte in der Unternehmenskultur zu verankern. F\u00fcr interne Innovatoren kann die M\u00f6glichkeit zur Umsetzung seiner Ideen als wichtigster Motivationsfaktor genannt werden! Das Gef\u00fchl, dass <strong>meine Idee<\/strong> f\u00fcr viele Menschen eine positive Ver\u00e4nderung bewirkt, ist ein intrinsischer Motivationsfaktor, der extrem stark wirkt.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Damit sind interne Ideeninitiativen die nach dem Motto \u201e<em>schau ma mal was kommt<\/em>&#8220; laufen, sehr gef\u00e4hrlich f\u00fcr die nachhaltige Entwicklung einer Innovationskultur. Vor allem die engagierten Ideenbringer wollen, bevor sie mit der Ideenentwicklung starten, wissen, ob ihre Idee eine Chance zu Umsetzung bekommt. Es braucht daher stabile und transparente Spielregeln f\u00fcr Ideeninitiativen. Die engagierten Ideenbringer erkennt man meist daran, dass sie st\u00e4ndig mit neuen L\u00f6sungen kommen und damit gegen die Wand laufen und daher in konservativen Unternehmen eher frustriert als motiviert sind.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: var(--artdeco-reset-typography-font-weight-normal);\">Nicht alle Mitarbeiter:innen haben die Gabe, dass sie Ideen auch in die Realisierung bringen. Daher kann es sinnvoll sein innerhalb des Innovationsprozesses die Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsprofile aus der kreativen Phase, um ehrgeizige und konsequente Umsetzer:innen zu erg\u00e4nzen. Manchen Menschen muss man die Idee \u201e<em>aus der Hand rei\u00dfen<\/em>\u201c damit sie nicht noch weiter angereichert wird und endlich in die Umsetzung kommt. Meistens kommen die besten Ideen nicht vom Top-Management, sondern von kreativen K\u00f6pfen im Unternehmen, denen man das gar nicht zutraut oder zumindest nicht wusste, dass sie bereits <strong>wertvolle Ideen in der Schublade<\/strong> liegen haben. Wenn man diese Menschen sichtbar macht und sie ins Rampenlicht stellt, kann das f\u00fcr sie und viele andere extrem motivierend sein.
